Pizza š Bagels
One egg
1/2 cup riced cauliflower
1/2 cup part-skim mozzarella,
1/2 cup diced tomato
15 vegan pepperoni slices
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1/4 tsp of crushed red pepper to taste
Combine the following ingredients: egg, riced cauliflower and mozzarella, diced tomato, vegan pepperoni slices, garlic powder, crushed red pepper.
For best results use a donut pan, or silicone donut cupsā¦but really anything that will keep the round shape will work. Bake @ 400Ā° for 30 minutes. I did 20 minutes in my air fryer at 400 degrees
